Ranger Overview
The Ranger is the one that fits. A heavy duty collapsible hinge folds it down in seconds, so it lives in a truck bed, an RV bay or a closet instead of taking up a garage. A bike you leave at home does not get ridden.
Folded size is the point, but it is still a proper Rambo underneath: a 750W Bafang powered hub motor with a 1,000W peak and 80Nm of torque, 180mm Logan hydraulic brakes front and rear with an electric cutoff, and a 300 lb load capacity on a hydroformed 6061 T6 frame.
It runs 20 inch Kenda K1227 all terrain tires and a maintenance free single speed with five assist levels. Up to 40 miles on the 48V 10.4Ah pack, and up to 30 mph.
FOLDS IN SECONDS
A heavy duty collapsible hinge folds the Ranger down quickly, with no loss of frame integrity. Folded, it goes in a truck bed, an RV, behind the seat, or in a closet.
That is the whole argument for this bike. Every other Rambo needs a rack and a plan. This one goes where you were already going, and an adjustable height stem means you can set the riding position once it is out.

750W BAFANG HUB, 30 MPH
Small wheels, real power. The Ranger's Rambo hub motor is Bafang powered, rated 750W nominal with a 1,000W peak and 80Nm of torque, good for up to 30 mph.
180mm Logan hydraulic brakes with dual piston pads sit front and rear, with an integrated electric cutoff that kills the motor the moment you pull a lever. A removable left thumb throttle handles power without pedalling.

Waterproof LCD display
A fully integrated digital waterproof 4 by 2.5 inch LCD showing power, speed, battery level and mileage at a glance.

Built in headlight
Light up the night. Quick on and off keeps the battery for the ride, so you run the light only when you need it.

Rear cargo rack
The built in rear rack carries gear, groceries or a pack, with a 300 lb total load capacity behind it.

Integrated taillight
An integrated rear light improves how visible you are from behind, which matters most at dusk and on the road section of the ride.

Questions before buying
How small does it actually fold?+
The hinge collapses the frame so the bike stands on its own, folded, at roughly half its ridden length. It is designed to go in a truck bed, an RV bay or a closet. It still weighs 62 lbs without the battery, so it folds for storage rather than for carrying far.
How far does it go on a charge?+
Rambo rates the 48V 10.4Ah pack at up to 40 miles. That is a pedal assist figure at a low assist level, and it is the smallest battery in the Rambo line, so throttle use and hills pull it down faster than on the bigger bikes.
Does it have the Adjustable Class System?+
No. The Ranger runs a fully integrated digital waterproof 4 by 2.5 inch LCD, but Rambo does not fit the Adjustable Class System to this model the way they do on the Savage, Rebel and the all wheel drive bikes. Unrestricted it will do up to 30 mph, so check what your local rules allow before you ride.
Is it the fastest bike Rambo makes?+
No. The Ranger does up to 30 mph, which puts it level with the Savage and behind the Rebel and Dominators at 32, the Megatron at 36 and the Venom at 38. What it is, is the only one that folds.
How much can it carry, and how much does it weigh?+
Load capacity is 300 lbs, rider and gear together. The bike is 62 lbs with the battery removed, and the battery adds 8 lbs.
How much assembly is needed?+
Rambo ships the bike almost fully assembled. Final setup takes a few minutes and needs no specialty tools.
Does it have a throttle?+
Yes, a removable left hand thumb throttle, alongside five levels of pedal assist.
