To ensure your purchase is protected against defects, it is mandatory to register your bicycle directly with the manufacturer immediately upon receipt. Alternatively, if you'd rather we handle the paperwork, simply send an email to support@belcopia.com and our team will gladly register your bike for you. Failure to register within the manufacturer's specified timeframe may result in a voided warranty.
