Brand Return Terms
Belcopia carries products from multiple authorized manufacturers. Each brand has its own return window, restocking fees, and return shipping fees — all set by the manufacturer. This page is your reference for the exact terms that apply to your purchase.
For all returns, start by contacting us at support@belcopia.com. Do not ship anything back without written authorization.
⚠️ Brands With Short Windows or High Fees
The following brands have return windows shorter than 30 days or fees significantly higher than standard. If you purchased from one of these brands, read the details carefully before initiating a return.
Velowave — 14-Day Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The bike must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer and be in like-new condition in original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 20% applies to non-defective returns. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. After 14 days, no returns are accepted.
Freego USA — 14 to 30-Day Window
Freego's return window varies — initiate your return request immediately if you are considering returning. A flat deduction of approximately $400 is taken from your refund to cover original shipping, handling, and repackaging. This is not an additional charge; it is deducted from your refund balance.
KINGBULL — 15-Day Window
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. A restocking fee of up to 10% applies. Return shipping is a flat $150. Once a return label is issued, the bike must be shipped back within 5 calendar days or the authorization is voided.
Magicycle — 15-Day Window
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return on e-bikes. Accessories have a 7-day window only. A 10% processing fee applies to non-defective returns. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Rambo Bikes — 16-Day Window
You have 16 days from delivery to request a return. No restocking fee applies if the bike is returned in like-new condition with fewer than 10 miles. Each customer is eligible for one return per calendar year.
Bakcou — 30-Day Window, High Fees
Bakcou's return window matches our standard 30 days, but fees are significant: a 15% restocking fee plus a $300 return shipping fee apply to all approved returns. If a return is requested after 30 days, the restocking fee increases to 25% and approval is not guaranteed. eMoto models are not eligible for return.
Birch Hunters — 30-Day Window, High Fees
A restocking fee of up to 20% plus a $300 return shipping fee apply to all approved returns. Batteries, chargers, and electronics must have defects reported within 7 days of delivery — after that, issues are handled under warranty only.
