Belcopia Bicycles is owned and operated by Belcopia. This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through belcopia.com and forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
Because Belcopia operates as an authorized multi-brand retailer, return terms vary by manufacturer. The applicable brand policy governs the return of each product. Belcopia acts as the point of contact for all return requests and will coordinate directly with the relevant brand on your behalf.
Returns are only accepted after the product has been delivered to and received by the purchaser. No returns are initiated for items in transit. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the conditions described below.

1. General Return Conditions
The following conditions apply to all return requests regardless of brand, unless the brand-specific policy in Section 4 provides stricter terms, in which case the stricter terms apply.
(a) Authorization Required. All returns must be authorized before the item is shipped back. Do not return any product to Belcopia or the manufacturer without first obtaining written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded without refund.
(b) Condition of Goods. Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unridden, free from damage, dirt, dust, scratches, or modifications. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components, manuals, keys, chargers, and accessories.
(c) Proof of Purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original order number and proof of purchase.
(d) Return Shipping. Unless the return is the result of a brand error or shipping damage caused by the carrier, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Specific shipping fees by brand are listed in Section 4.
(e) Non-Refundable Items. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from a brand defect or fulfillment error. Promotional gifts, accessories (unless defective), gift cards, final sale items, and custom or special-order products are generally non-returnable. See Section 4 for brand-specific exclusions.
(f) Refund Method. All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by brand and financial institution. See Section 4 for timelines.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us immediately at support@belcopia.com with the following:
(a) Full name and order number.
(b) Photos or video clearly documenting the defect or damage.
(c) Date of delivery.
Damage claims must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the applicable brand policy (Section 4). Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund. In cases of confirmed defect or shipping damage, Belcopia or the brand will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before an order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a return under the applicable brand policy. Pre-shipment cancellation fees may apply depending on the brand; see Section 4. To request a cancellation, contact support@belcopia.com immediately with your order number.
If you refuse delivery of a shipment, it will be treated as a return and all applicable return fees (restocking, shipping) will be deducted from any refund.
4. Brand-Specific Return Policies
The following policies are sourced directly from each brand’s published return policy as of May 2026. Policies are subject to change by each manufacturer without notice. Belcopia verifies these terms periodically; however, we recommend confirming current terms with the brand prior to initiating a return.
4.1 Bakcou

4.5 ENVO Drive

5. Refund Processing
Once a return has been received by Belcopia or the applicable brand and verified to comply with the conditions set out in this policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timelines vary by brand as specified in Section 4. Allow an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
If your return does not meet the stated conditions, the item may be returned to you at your expense or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion following inspection.
6. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to Belcopia or a brand as undeliverable will not be automatically re-sent. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch. If you need to update a delivery address, you are responsible for any resulting shipping costs.
7. Mistaken Returns
Ensure you enclose the correct item when making a return. Belcopia and its brand partners cannot guarantee that an incorrectly returned item will be located or returned to you, and no compensation is provided for items sent in error.
