Returns

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

What hitch size do I need?
A 2-inch hitch receiver is required. This rack does NOT work with 1.25-inch hitches, hitch extensions over 8 inches, or front-mounted hitches.
Will it fit fat tire e-bikes?
Yes. The wheel trays accommodate tires up to 5 inches wide. Two small wheel adapters are included for 20-inch fat tire bikes like the Velowave Pony or Prado S.
