16 days to be sure
Every Rambo can come back within 16 days of delivery. It needs under 10 miles on the odometer, no damage, and the original box with the charger and keys.
Return shipping is not included. We quote it before anything moves, so there are no surprises.

Full Manufacturer Backing: Rambo Bikes
Because Belcopia is an authorized retailer, every Rambo e-bike we sell comes with the full backing of their official manufacturer's warranty. Rambo offers a limited lifetime warranty on the frame for the original purchaser, and a 1-year limited warranty on all other components, enclosed hardware, and accessories from the date of receipt.
Professional Assembly Notice
Your bike arrives 80% assembled and ready for the final bolt-on components. Rambo’s warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or standard wear and tear (like tires, chains, and brake pads). We highly recommend having a local shop dial in your ride before you hit the dirt.
Registration & Claims
To protect your investment, this warranty must be registered within 30 days of receipt, and it is non-transferable if the bike is sold. You can register directly with Rambo, or let us handle the paperwork. Simply email your order details to support@belcopia.com and our team will register the bike for you.
If you ever need to initiate a claim, you can contact Rambo’s customer service directly at (952) 283-0777 for expert troubleshooting and approved repairs.

Dominator UD Overview
Mid-drive power done right. The Rambo Dominator UltraDrive uses a high-torque mid-drive motor to handle the kind of terrain that breaks lesser bikes: steep grades, loose rock, deep timber. Built for hunters who take backcountry seriously and need a bike that performs like their boots. This is the machine for the hardest miles.
The Bafang Ultra Drive reads how hard the rider is pushing, not just whether the pedals are turning, and puts 160Nm of torque through a SRAM NX 11 speed drivetrain. A RockShox rear shock and an RSK air fork carry it over the rough ground on Maxxis Minion 26 x 4.0 fat tires.
Bafang Ultra Drive 1000W Torque Sensing
The Bafang Ultra Drive 1000W is a high-performance mid-drive motor designed for e-bikes, especially for mountain biking, commuting, and off-road use. The 1000W output offers robust power, which makes it capable of tackling steep hills and challenging terrain with ease. Pair that with 160Nm of torque, providing strong acceleration and assistance on climbs, even with heavier loads. Unlike many other motors that rely on cadence sensors (sensing only if you are pedaling), the Ultra Drive's torque sensor detects how hard you are pedaling, providing smoother and more intuitive power delivery that feels natural.
Full Suspension Smooth Ride
The RockShox RL provides a smooth and consistent rear end feel, which balances well with the stiffness and strength of the RSK air fork. This setup can work especially well for riders who want responsive front end handling paired with predictable rear shock performance.

Questions before buying
Is it street legal?+
It ships with Rambo's Adjustable Class System in the display, so the rider can cap the bike at Class 1, 2 or 3 limits. Unrestricted it will do up to 32 mph. Class rules are set locally, so check what your state and your trail system allow before you ride.
15Ah, 20Ah or 30Ah, which battery should I pick?+
Rambo rates the standard 48V 15Ah (720Wh) at up to 65 miles and the 30Ah upgrade at up to 98 miles. Rambo publishes no separate figure for the 20Ah. Those are pedal assist figures. Throttle only riding, steep climbs, heavy loads and cold weather all pull the real number down. Choose it in the Battery Size option above.
Dominator UD or Dominator HD, what is the difference?+
Both are 1000W Bafang mid drives with 160Nm of torque. The UD runs the Bafang Ultra Drive with a torque sensor that reads how hard the rider is pushing, so the assist feels more natural. The HD runs the Bafang BBSHD, which reads pedal cadence. The UD also steps up to a SRAM NX 11 speed drivetrain (the HD has a Shimano 9 speed), Tektro HD-E740 4 piston brakes and Maxxis Minion tires. The compare table below shows the two side by side.
What is the suspension?+
Full suspension. A RockShox RL rear shock works with an RSK air fork up front. Rambo does not publish travel figures for either.
What are the brakes?+
Tektro HD-E740 4 piston hydraulic brakes on a 203mm front rotor and a 180mm rear, with an electric safety cutoff that stops the motor the moment you pull a lever, and noise reduction pads.
How much can it carry, and how much does it weigh?+
Load capacity is 350 lbs, rider and gear together. The bike is 68 lbs with the battery removed, and Rambo lists the battery at 11 lbs. Take the pack out before lifting it onto a rack.
How much assembly is needed?+
Rambo ships the bike almost fully assembled. Final setup takes a few minutes and needs no specialty tools.
