Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Professional Assembly Notice
Your bike arrives 80% assembled and ready for the final bolt-on components. However, please note that some brands require proof of professional assembly by a certified bike mechanic for their warranty to be fully honored. We highly recommend having a local shop dial in your ride before you hit the dirt.
Done-For-You Registration
Your warranty must be registered immediately upon delivery to protect your investment. You can register directly with the manufacturer, or let us handle the paperwork. Simply email your order details to support@belcopia.com and our team will register the bike for you.

When I saw the ad for this bike I immediately fell in love with a styling and engineering, it is my fourth ebike, it instantly reminded me of the bikes they raced on those wooden tracks in the early 1900s... I attend these Wednesday night hump day rides in Las Vegas as they are called if you get a chance check out the videos you won't be disappointed but this bike is beyond fun to ride the only thing I do not like are the presta valves I am currently trying to find 60 mm Schrader valve tubes for this bike and then it will be perfect I have added lights and Bluetooth just to make it more fun this bike is awesome
Eats hills for breakfast around the city. Long battery life as well. Great bike
I love this bike. I commute 15 miles to work and I love riding around on the weekends too. I mainly ride paved trails with few hills. Maintenance is few and far between thanks to the belt drive. No shifting mechanism and hydraulic brakes means no cables getting corroded or stuck in freezing weather. Standard tire size and name brand consumables makes replacements easy to acquire and affordable. 10/10
