Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

- Frame: Covered against defects such as cracked frame weld seams.
- 6-Month Shipping: ENVO covers outbound shipping for approved warranty replacements within 6 months of delivery.
Extended Warranty Available
Optional extended warranty up to 24 months, must be purchased within 10 days of original purchase.
What’s Not Covered
Mechanical wear items (chain, brake, tire, gear adjustment, loose screws), rental/bike-sharing use, and unauthorized modifications.
