Returns

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Components, parts, accessories, paint or decals, improper assembly, modifications, and beyond-normal wear and tear. Return shipping and labor for replacement are not included.

Inseam is the most important measurement. Ensure you have at least 1" of clearance over the top tube when standing flat-footed.
