16 days to be sure
Every Rambo can come back within 16 days of delivery. It needs under 10 miles on the odometer, no damage, and the original box with the charger and keys.
Return shipping is not included. We quote it before anything moves, so there are no surprises.

Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Return windows and terms are set by each brand. Most purchases made on our website can be returned after delivery — see our Brand Return Terms for the window and conditions that apply to your bike. In most cases the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Full Manufacturer Backing: Rambo Bikes
Because Belcopia is an authorized retailer, every Rambo e-bike we sell comes with the full backing of their official manufacturer's warranty. Rambo offers a limited lifetime warranty on the frame for the original purchaser, and a 1-year limited warranty on all other components, enclosed hardware, and accessories from the date of receipt.
Professional Assembly Notice
Your bike arrives 80% assembled and ready for the final bolt-on components. Rambo’s warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or standard wear and tear (like tires, chains, and brake pads). We highly recommend having a local shop dial in your ride before you hit the dirt.
Registration & Claims
To protect your investment, this warranty must be registered within 30 days of receipt, and it is non-transferable if the bike is sold. You can register directly with Rambo, or let us handle the paperwork. Simply email your order details to support@belcopia.com and our team will register the bike for you.

It combines the three most sought after features into one dominant machine: a true full suspension frame that smooths out the roughest trails, an easy access step through design, and a 2000W all wheel drive system for unstoppable traction.
Whether you are gliding over rocky terrain, navigating deep mud, or simply enjoying the most comfortable ride possible, the Hellcat delivers. It is the do it all bike for the hunter who wants the best of every world, with no sacrifices.
INSANE POWER AND TRACTION
The Hellcat's defining feature is its power plant. Two 1000W Bafang hub motors deliver a combined 2000W of nominal power and 2500W at peak, with 180Nm of torque. This dual motor system provides relentless all wheel drive traction, pulling and pushing you through the most extreme conditions.
Need more power? Toggle between front, rear, or AWD depending on your terrain. Running one motor stretches the battery on easy ground. Running both puts the full 2000W down when the climb gets steep or the mud gets deep.
EASY ON. FULL SUSPENSION.
A low step through frame makes mounting and dismounting effortless, with no tall top tube to clear in waders or with a pack on. Then a KS A5RE rear shock and a Uding air fork with 120mm of travel soak up the punishment a fat tire bike takes on a real trail.
It rolls on Maxxis Minion 26 x 4.0 aggressive tread tires, with the Rambo Storm LED light bar fitted as standard. Toggle it between white and green for the level of stealth the hunt calls for.

What does the AWD toggle actually do?+
The Hellcat has a motor in each wheel. The switch on the bar lets you run the front only, the rear only, or both. One motor stretches the battery on flat, easy ground. Both together give you the full 2000W and all wheel traction for climbs, mud, sand, and snow.
20Ah or 30Ah, which battery should I pick?+
Rambo rates the 20Ah at up to 65 miles and the 30Ah at up to 110 miles. Those are pedal assist figures at low assist. If you ride in AWD a lot, in cold weather, or a long way from the truck, the 30Ah is the one. Choose it in the battery option above.
Is it street legal?+
It ships with Rambo's Adjustable Class System in the display, so the rider can cap the bike at Class 1, 2, or 3 limits. Unrestricted it will do up to 32 mph. Class rules are set locally, so check what your state and your trail system allow before you ride.
How much does it weigh?+
79 lbs with the battery removed. The battery adds 11 lbs. Take the pack out before lifting it onto a rack.
How much assembly is needed?+
Rambo ships the bike almost fully assembled. Final setup takes a few minutes and needs no specialty tools.
How much can it carry?+
Load capacity is 300 lbs, rider and gear together. The integrated rear rack is built for hauling.
What are the brakes?+
Rambo's spec table lists 180mm Logan brakes with dual piston pads, front and rear, with an integrated electric cutoff that kills the motors the moment you brake. Rambo's marketing also calls them 4 piston. We print what the spec table says.
