Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Professional Assembly Notice
Your bike arrives 80% assembled and ready for the final bolt-on components. However, please note that some brands require proof of professional assembly by a certified bike mechanic for their warranty to be fully honored. We highly recommend having a local shop dial in your ride before you hit the dirt.
Done-For-You Registration
Your warranty must be registered immediately upon delivery to protect your investment. You can register directly with the manufacturer, or let us handle the paperwork. Simply email your order details to support@belcopia.com and our team will register the bike for you.

This 20Ah battery fits the Pony, Grace 2.0, Grace 1.0, Forest XM, and Brawny XM. Not compatible with Ranger, Ghost, Breeze T, Swift M, or Rover.
Is this bigger than the stock battery?
Yes. At 20Ah (960Wh), this is an upgrade from the standard 15Ah (720Wh) battery. Expect roughly 33% more range per charge.
What charger do I need?
Use your existing Velowave charger or upgrade to a 5A fast charger to take advantage of the 5A max charging rate.
