Return & Refund Policy

Belcopia is an authorized dealer for premium bicycle and e-bike brands. Because products ship directly from manufacturer warehouses and are subject to each manufacturer's return terms, our return process reflects those realities. This policy is written to be honest and clear — so you know exactly what to expect before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date, or within the manufacturer's stated return window for your specific brand — whichever is shorter.

Some brands we carry have return windows shorter than 30 days, ranging from 14 to 16 days. Your eligible return window is determined by the brand of product you purchased. Before purchasing, we encourage you to review the return terms for your specific brand at:

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@belcopia.com or call (800) 674-9351 with your order number and reason for return.

Do not ship anything back without first receiving written authorization from Belcopia. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Once we confirm eligibility, we will communicate all applicable fees to you in writing before proceeding. No fees will be deducted from your refund without your prior written confirmation.


3. Authorized Dealer Disclosure — Manufacturer Fees

Belcopia is an authorized multi-brand dealer. Each manufacturer we carry sets their own return terms, and those terms govern what fees apply to your return. Depending on the brand, this may include:

  • A restocking fee, typically ranging from 10% to 25% of the purchase price
  • A return shipping fee, which is either paid upfront or deducted from your refund
  • Condition and mileage requirements specific to the manufacturer

Belcopia does not profit from restocking or return shipping fees. These fees are set by, and remitted to, the manufacturer.

The exact fees for your brand are listed on our Brand Return Terms page. We will confirm all applicable fees with you in writing before processing any return.


4. Conditions of Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

  • Return is requested within the applicable window (see Section 1)
  • The product is in like-new condition — unused, unridden, unmodified, and free of dirt, dust, odors, or signs of wear
  • E-bikes must be within the manufacturer's stated odometer limit (typically fewer than 10 miles)
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all boxes, foam, accessories, chargers, keys, manuals, and hardware
  • Written return authorization has been received from Belcopia prior to shipment
  • Your order number and proof of purchase are included

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to additional deductions.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • E-bikes exceeding the manufacturer's odometer limit
  • Batteries, chargers, and electronics reported defective outside the manufacturer's testing window
  • Accessories, helmets, and wearable items (clothing, gloves, etc.)
  • Final Sale or clearance items (marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Items with missing components, damage, or unauthorized modifications

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@belcopia.com. Include your order number and photos or video clearly showing the issue.

Freight-shipped bikes are delivered by freight carrier. You must inspect the packaging before signing for delivery. If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Do not refuse delivery without contacting us first at (800) 674-9351.

For confirmed manufacturer defects, Belcopia will coordinate with the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before the product ships from the manufacturer's warehouse. Once a shipment is dispatched, the standard return policy applies.

To cancel, contact us immediately at support@belcopia.com or (800) 674-9351 with your order number. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.


8. Refund Calculation

Your refund will equal your original purchase price, minus:

  • Applicable manufacturer restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs (deducted from refund or paid upfront, depending on brand)
  • Deductions for damage, missing parts, or odometer overage assessed upon inspection
  • Original outbound shipping cost (non-refundable)

You will receive a written refund breakdown for your approval before we process the refund.


9. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by the manufacturer, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.


10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to the manufacturer as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. Belcopia will contact you to arrange redelivery.


11. Policy Updates

Belcopia reserves the right to update this return policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
