Shipping
Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

- 1-Year Forks: Shock forks and aluminum forks covered for one year (rigid steel forks carry a lifetime warranty).
- 6-Month Components: All other components warranted for six months from purchase.

Will these grips fit the Buzz Centris?
Yes, these lock-on grips are designed specifically for the Buzz Centris with its twist-shifter. They will not fit the Cerana or Cerana T which use standard handlebars.
What is the difference between these and the Cerana grips?
The Centris grips are designed for twist-shifter handlebars. The Cerana & Cerana T grips are designed for standard handlebars. Make sure you order the right set for your bike.
