Great bike so far. battery...

Great bike so far. Battery life is way better than expected. Price is great to get started. After hunting now with mine I recommend if you can to go ahead and get awd. These bikes cannot handle big hills and steering is hard when you hit loose material, awd would help this. Review would have been lower but I know how bad it hurts the owner of company. Ordered my bike after researching forever then came in and was not twist throttle as stated. Then front rack that was suppose to be for my bike did not fit. After reaching out they stated it was redesigned (with nothing stating that) so I paid to order a throttle. Still do not have 3 months later and rack they sent a return slip but still no new part. Did they offer anything for this huge mistake, nope. So customer service I would give a true 2 star the bike for the money I would give 4.3 star
