Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Because Belcopia is an authorized retailer, every e-bike we sell is fully backed by its original manufacturer's warranty. You receive specialized support and official replacement parts directly from the brand that built your machine.
Professional Assembly Notice
Your bike arrives 80% assembled and ready for the final bolt-on components. However, please note that some brands require proof of professional assembly by a certified bike mechanic for their warranty to be fully honored. We highly recommend having a local shop dial in your ride before you hit the dirt.
Done-For-You Registration
Your warranty must be registered immediately upon delivery to protect your investment. You can register directly with the manufacturer, or let us handle the paperwork. Simply email your order details to support@belcopia.com and our team will register the bike for you.

Only if the bike weighs 66 lb or less. Cyrusher rates it for 66 lb per bike and 132 lb in total. Of the Cyrusher bikes we sell, only the Cyclone X (60 lb) is under that. Taking the battery out lowers the weight, but check the weight without it before you load the bike.
What hitch does it need?
A 2 inch hitch receiver.
Can I open the trunk with bikes on it?
Yes. It tilts down with bikes loaded.
