14 days to be sure
Every Velowave e-bike can come back within 14 days of delivery: new and unused, with its charger, keys and box. Ask us before you ship and we set it up.
Backed for two years
Velowave covers the frame, motor, controller, display and charger for two years, the battery for two years or 300 charge cycles, and mechanical parts for one, against manufacturing defects. We are an authorized dealer, so the warranty is the real one.
Shipping
Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Return windows and terms are set by each brand. Most purchases made on our website can be returned after delivery — see our Brand Return Terms for the window and conditions that apply to your bike. In most cases the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Full Manufacturer Backing: Velowave. Every Velowave e-bike we sell is backed by the manufacturer’s limited warranty against manufacturing defects, for the original owner, from the date of delivery. We are an authorized dealer, so it is the real one.
- 2 years, frame. Against manufacturing defects.
- 2 years, electronics. Motor, controller, display, charger and throttle.
- 2 years or 300 charge cycles, battery, whichever comes first. Velowave designs the pack to keep up to 75% of its capacity over that time.
- 1 year, mechanical parts. Against manufacturing defects.
New bike guarantee. In the first 30 days, Velowave replaces a defective part in full and ships it free.
Not covered: parts that wear with normal use (bearings, brake pads, chains, freehub bodies, grips, rubber parts, cables and casings, spokes, sprockets, stripped threads, tools, transmission gears), and damage from riding, assembling or maintaining the bike outside the owner’s manual.
Returns. 14 days from delivery. The bike must be new and unused, with the original charger, keys, hardware and manuals, ideally in its original box. Ask us first and we set the return up with Velowave.
