Battery life is great. I ride it to and from work 5 days a week and only have to charge it once

Bike runs great. The fat tires are great for MN winters

My cruiser pro has been an excellent introduction to the E-bike world, I wasn't disappointed at all. I love that the parts are standard for the most part, allowing me to make this bike my own, while still retaining it's character. I have no problem riding this like a bicycle, or a moped, as long as traffic allows, and I could upgrade the freewheel for more range in the gears. I've ridden this 600 miles and plan for many more!

The overall performance of the bike is in my opinion fantastic! IĄŻm planning to do a distance ride to see how far I get on my Cruiser soon. Shifting, braking and handling are very nice indeed. I try to take a daily ride and usually get lots of thumbs up from other riders and walkers. IĄŻm loving this bike! I wanted to add that I purchased the magicycle baskets for both the Ocelot Pro and the Cruiser Pro, very nice for running to the store and getting coffee.

At first I bought the Cruiser pro mid step thru,I was satisfied and enjoyed my ride with friends,I wanted to go longer ranger range so I bought a step over cruiser pro, my purpose of having two cruiser pro with the same baterry is to have an spare battery everytime I ride any one of my magicycle ebikeĄ­ I want to go at least 100 miles

I recently purchased the Magicycle Cruiser Pro ebike and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. This bike has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Firstly, the design and build quality of the bike are excellent. The frame is very sturdy and the matte finish looks sleek and stylish. The bike feels very solid and well-made, and I have no concerns about its durability.

The electric motor is incredibly powerful and provides a smooth and effortless ride. It easily tackles steep hills and headwinds, and the pedal assist feature makes it easy to maintain a steady speed. The battery life is also impressive .

The Cruiser Pro also has some great features that make it very user-friendly. The LCD display is easy to read and provides useful information such as speed, battery life, and distance traveled. The bike also has a built-in headlight and taillight, which makes it safe to ride at night.

Overall, I am extremely happy with my Magicycle Cruiser Pro ebike. It is a top-quality bike that is well worth the investment. Highly recommended!

The cruiser pro is a excellent bike,IĄŻm definitely glad that I chose it to be mine.This bike definitely fits my needs more than I ever expected itĄŻs hard for me not to ride it on a daily basis.

Let me start by saying this is the second time I have ordered this bike. The first time I had the standard on order and canceled my order. It just wasnĄŻt exactly what I was looking for even though the price at the time was amazing.

After a year or so of looking at other bikes and not pulling the trigger, I saw another YouTube review of the new Cruiser Pro. Boy am I glad I did. This new Pro version has the specs I wanted and still at a great price. ItĄŻs just as good as the regular version, but with those little things that make it great. Bigger battery, better front forks, hydraulic brakes, and a lot of added features over other bikes on the market.

I did my first 14 mile shakedown ride today and I am thoroughly impressed! I have only ever ridden a couple of other eBikes and the experience was nothing like the Cruiser Pro. Based on some others experiences and recommendations I went into the settings and set up the 28mph mode. I also changed the PAL from 7 levels to 0-9 and adjusted a couple of the percentages. I also set the delay in the power assist start to 2, but I may set it to 1 or even 0 based on my experience which I will explain in a bit.

I took off from the house at level 0 just to see how the bike was on the level pavement. ItĄŻs heavy. It should be! It has a battery, motor, all the other power management equipment, and that bell must weigh 2 ounces! However, it was still manageable. I had inflated the tires to 20lbs because I know I was going to be on durable surfaces the whole time, so the bike wasnĄŻt hard to pedal, but I could feel the weight. When I stopped to cross the highway I set the PAL to 1 to see how it felt. Hardly noticeable. As I pedaled I stepped up the assist until I could just feel the motor helping. This was about level 4. Boy this was great! I could pedal at 20mph and get a workout, but I wasnĄŻt wheezing and blacking out! YetĄ­

As I rode the bike up and down hills I played with the levels. I finally settled on 6 to keep my pace and help me up the 7 or so miles of rolling hills. What a thrill! I did have to hit 7 on one steeper hill, but got a little ghost pedal when it flattened out. I think I can play with the percentages and get a good balance. 8 and 9 were almost useless on this terrain, but there are hills around here I am sure I would need them on. I do want the workout, but I also donĄŻt want to look like I am a zombie riding a bike weaving and wheezing down the road.

My plan is to ride the 13 miles to work in under an hour. Something I could never do on my other bikes in my present state. (An accident 5 years ago stopped me from exercising long enough to get out of shape and struggling to get back) The return trip home is the same distance but more downhill. I travel from 6600 Ft to 7200 ft. in 13 miles. The Magicycle Cruiser Pro is the perfect solution for all of this! I can use less fuel, exercise, and get my youthful figure back. ;)

Overall the experience has been great. The bike shipped and arrived within 5 days. It was easy to put together and set up with only a little tweaking during the first ride. The online videos really help with this and I even learned some tips and tricks. The build quality is amazing. Everything looks first rate and that made set up a breeze! The settings are easy to use and I can customize them to what I need. I said earlier I set up the delay and that was the only scary part I encountered. 2 is much to much. When starting to cross the highway I expected more crisp performance and it wasnĄŻt there. I faltered a little and that could be dangerous. Also, with the delay on, if you let go of the throttle the bike can continue to accelerate after you release it. This could be very dangerous. This is not the fault of Magicycle. The bike did what I told it to do. I either need to remember and anticipate the delay or I need to just go back to 0 or maybe 1.

After the first ride I will say 5 out of 5 for the whole package. I am a little disappointed the accessories and other items I ordered come from China later, possibly weeks, but I suppose it is because of warehouse space etc. etc. Really, if you are looking for an eBike in the present market, this one is awesome and met my needs exactly.

This bike has me on the road again! I moved to where there are hills everywhere. They made it impossible to ride my old bike. This bike conquers the hills easily. I can ride again. It has tons of power and speed. My wife and I really enjoy riding e-bikes together now. Thank you Magicycle!

Full of power for adventure, exercise and just plain fun. A beast on the hills and comfortable for cruising.

Purchased the Cruiser Pro Mid Step-Thru in December 2022 for Christmas. My husband had purchased another brand the same day. His was already in the garage and we had already put a few miles on it when mine FINALLY arrived. I did a 'first impression' video on youtube and I will have a COMPLETE more detailed write up of the entire experience on my blog (wheelepicadventures.com) ---- but.... FOR THIS REVIEW....

It is a SOLID bike. It is built really well. The tires are AWESOME, even though they only had like 5psi in them, they felt ready to go. The twist throttle is cool, gives you the motorcycle feel. The display is nice and easy to read, wish it was moveable, navigation through the setup menus requires some patience. As a motorcycle rider the FUN and FAST is a great compliment. I really do enjoy riding this bicycle, did about 10miles today. The bike makes me feel like I am a kid again without all of the hard work on my old knees and legs. Our 'maiden voyage', and longest trip yet, was a 25 mile ride in Gulf Shores Alabama. Absolutely perfect! At the end, I was ready to go again.

It's not PERFECT though. Again, full disclosure on full blog soon. A few things to highlight. The seat spins when sitting on it. We have tightened everything. The basket, which took FOOOOREEEEVER to arrive, was a hard install and the cables hit the basket, the light relocation is less than perfect. The battery charging port plug cover won't go back on to cover the plug so I worry about moisture in the connector. I also have noticed rust on a few places that seems strange. 1 bolt on the handlebar is rusted, 1 peddle screw is rusted, 1 gear sprocket is rusted. IT HAS BEEN IN A GARAGE or UNDER A COVER.

It seems very tall even for a step through. Stepping through is almost impossible if you have a bottle holder on it. As a 5'7" 200# older woman, I can barely touch the ground seated and seat is all the way down, reflector removed. If you order accessories, be prepared to wait for a LONG, LONG, LONG time. The bike arrived December 9. The basket arrived December 17. The helmet arrived January 3 and the lock, speaker, mirrors and another light have not arrived as of yet. I have had SEVERAL chats with their online support to get tracking information and answer other questions along the way. I would have preferred to have gotten a spare battery at this point but wonder if it would have arrived any sooner?

I give it 4 stars because of the small things mentioned above and the customer service communication --- which needs major help.

This was a wise choice for me because I love going on wheel epic adventures and this eBike makes those adventures FUN and FAST!!

It is a great electric bike in many ways. The power and range are above average. I am getting around 30 miles plus on just throttle. The front suspension and brakes are very smooth and solid. It seems really well built and engineered. I am an electric bike dealer, and I am keeping the Cruiser Pro for my new personal electric bike. Customer service has been great on a small issue that I had. Magicycle the company and its employess and most importantly its products are definitly world class!

I like the ride after I put an aftermarket seat on it with Springs and a little more padding so far no problems I enjoy it very much and I even got a trailer for it so I can do grocery shopping with it. Grocery stores 3 miles away and I have quite a few Hills on the way back and it has no problems handling the hills even with a loaded trailer. I purchased the little Bluetooth speaker that also handles an Mini SD card I purchased two of them one for my motorcycle and the e-bike I can hear the music really good around town open Highway not so much on the motorcycle. But on the e-bike it works great.

I recently purchased two Cruiser Pro bikes. I have been riding my Step-Over to work every single day. That is a total of 14 miles round trip. When I was little, I always had several bicycles. After many, many years of not owning one, now "Riding an Electric Bike" has awakened my inner child again! I am extremely happy! Thanks to the great team standing behind this great company!

So I bought a Magicycle Cruiser a couple weeks ago. It was an "Open Box Special" so I got a reduced price. It had a couple issues which Magicycle worked with me to correct. Today my second Cruiser arrived and it was a little beat up in shipping, but I am quite pleased with it as well. I am an avowed Bargain Hunter and the Open Box bikes offered a 2 year warranty at hundreds of dollars less. I am waiting for my Magicycle Commuter to arrive.
