What Is Not Covered
This warranty is built to cover factory defects—not trail abuse. It does not cover standard wear-and-tear on consumable parts (like tires, chains, and brake pads), water submersion, extreme stunt riding, unauthorized aftermarket batteries, or damage from improper assembly. We highly recommend having a local bike mechanic dial in your ride before hitting the dirt.
Done-For-You Registration
To protect your investment, your warranty must be registered immediately upon delivery. For our signature service, simply email support@belcopia.com and our team will handle the registration paperwork for you.
If you encounter a factory defect, snap a clear photo or video of the issue and email it to our support team. We will interface directly with Philodo on your behalf to secure your free replacement parts and get you back on the terrain.
