This bike is such a huge upgrade from my first ebike, I absolutely love it. It rides great and is impressively quiet. The only minor downside is the stock saddle could be more comfortable on longer rides. I did definitely recommend it for sporty days when you want to go fast and cover a lot of ground, rather than for loading up on groceries.

I was not able to register the bike with the app as I got a "vehicle not found" error. I contacted support by phone and email. It took 3 phone calls and a threat of returning the bike to get a response. I finally got a request to provide pictures of the TBox info and bar code. I sent that as requested and again, no reponse. I am seriously considering returning it. You have a good product but your pathetic support is making your company look real...

Can not connect the bike to the app, ask for a frame serial number and doesn't work.

First day I rode the bike. It was great overall the bike is great. However, the shifter on the handlebars a piece of metal fell out of it and could not shift gears call technical support. The person was very rude and said technical support would get back with me, they haven’t had to call Shimano to get a new front brake gear component sent to a local bike shop. So far, it is been a great buy. You get a ton of value at this price point, plus the usual VANPOWERS reliability, fit, and finish. It is smooth, light, and quick, with a comfortable saddle and solid ergonomics definitely more upright than my Trek FX 2 hybrid.
