Every State bike can come back within 30 days of purchase. It needs to be like new, unridden, and in its original packaging.

Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Return windows and terms are set by each brand. Most purchases made on our website can be returned after delivery — see our Brand Return Terms for the window and conditions that apply to your bike. In most cases the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Full Manufacturer Backing: State Bicycle Co.
Every bike we sell carries State Bicycle Co.’s own Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date you receive it. It covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Standard coverage, on every bike:
- 5 years, frame and fork: steel, aluminium and titanium frames and forks.
- 1 year, carbon frame and fork: extended to 2 years under ProBuild, below.
- 1 year, components: non-consumable parts — crankset, pedals, bars, stem, seatpost, wheels, hubs and carbon forks.
- 18 months, eBike system: motor, electronics and battery.
ProBuild: optional, free, and worth doing
ProBuild is not something you buy and it is not required for your warranty to be valid. It is an upgraded tier State unlocks when any professional bike shop assembles the bike and you register it with State within 30 days of delivery. Your local shop counts.
- Carbon frames and forks go from 1 year to 2 years.
- Priority claim review, ahead of unregistered bikes.
- Free or discounted shipping on approved warranty parts.
- Discounted replacement pricing for up to 5 years, even when the damage is a crash rather than a defect.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear on any bike: tires, tubes, chains, brake pads, grips, bar tape, saddles, spokes, and paint or cosmetic finish. Nor is crash and impact damage, improper assembly or adjustment, lack of maintenance, modifications, or incompatible parts. Shop labour is the rider’s responsibility under either tier. RAW finish steel frames are not covered against rust — that is the finish behaving as intended.
Hassle-free registration
Don’t sweat the paperwork. Email your proof of assembly and order details to support@belcopia.com and our team will handle the registration with State for you, so the ProBuild tier is active before you need it. You will need your serial number, which is engraved on the underside of the bottom bracket shell.
