30 days to be sure
Every Cyrusher e-bike can come back within 30 days of delivery: unused, under 10 miles, clean and repacked in its box with every part. Ask us before you ship and we set it up.
Backed for two years
Cyrusher covers the frame, motor and controller for two years and the battery and parts for one, against manufacturing defects. We are an authorized dealer, so the warranty is the real one.
Shipping
Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Return windows and terms are set by each brand. Most purchases made on our website can be returned after delivery — see our Brand Return Terms for the window and conditions that apply to your bike. In most cases the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Full Manufacturer Backing: Cyrusher. Every Cyrusher e-bike we sell is backed by the manufacturer’s limited warranty against manufacturing defects, for the original owner, from the date of purchase. We are an authorized dealer, so it is the real one.
- 2 years, frame, motor and controller. Defects in materials and workmanship, limited to one replacement per part, per bike.
- 1 year, battery. Excludes damage from power surges, the wrong charger or water.
- 1 year, parts. Brakes, fork, rear shock, display, sensor, charger, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, bottom bracket, crankset, rack and shifting, one replacement per part.
Not covered: crashes, stunt and extreme riding, water damage, commercial use, modifications, improper assembly, normal wear (chains, pads, tires, tubes, rotors, grips, saddles) and accessories. Cyrusher supplies the replacement part; the owner covers its shipping.
Returns. 30 days from delivery. The bike must be unused with under 10 miles on it, clean, and repacked in its original box with the battery, keys, charger, tools and every part. Contact us before shipping anything back. Brand return terms.
Claims. Email support@belcopia.com with your order number, a description and photos or video, and we handle it with Cyrusher’s mechanics for you.
