Shipping
Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Professional Assembly Notice
Your bike arrives 80% assembled and ready for the final bolt-on components. However, please note that some brands require proof of professional assembly by a certified bike mechanic for their warranty to be fully honored. We highly recommend having a local shop dial in your ride before you hit the dirt.
Done-For-You Registration
Your warranty must be registered immediately upon delivery to protect your investment. You can register directly with the manufacturer, or let us handle the paperwork. Simply email your order details to support@belcopia.com and our team will register the bike for you.

What is the difference between this and the SL version?
The standard Carbon Road frame weighs 1,100g (Size M) vs 820g for the SL. Same geometry, same features, same fork. The SL uses a premium layup for the weight savings.
What sizes are available?
XS (45cm, 4'11"-5'3"), S (48cm, 5'3"-5'6"), M (51cm, 5'6"-5'9"), L (54cm, 5'9"-6'1"), XL (56cm, 6'1"-6'3").
What bottom bracket standard does this use?
T47 threaded, which combines thread-in reliability with the wider shell of PF30 for stiffer pedaling.
Is a headset included?
No. The FSA No.55 headset is available as a separate purchase. Thru-axles and aero carbon seatpost are included.
