Ausom Gosoul 2 Pro Dual Overview
The Ausom Gosoul 2 Pro Dual is a dual motor commuter scooter: a hub motor in each wheel, 2800W together at peak and 56 N.m, on a 48V 18Ah battery. Ausom rates it at 36 MPH and up to 56 miles.
It rides on a dual swingarm with adjustable suspension and 10 x 2.75 inch tubeless tires, and stops on mechanical disc brakes front and rear with electronic braking. It folds at the stem, weighs 70.5 lb and carries riders up to 287 lb.
It comes preset to 36 MPH or to 20 MPH. Same scooter and price, so pick the one your local rules allow.
Built to be lived with
A dual swingarm with adjustable damping, a 20.5 x 7.3 inch deck, a 28.3 inch ergonomic handlebar and 10 x 2.75 inch tubeless tires that mean no inner tubes to pinch.
Disc brakes front and rear with EABS, head and tail lights, turn signals on the bar and deck, a 4.5 inch LCD and unlocking by NFC card or passcode. The frame is covered for two years, the battery for six months.
TWO MOTORS FOR THE COMMUTE
A hub motor in each wheel, 2800W together at peak and 56 N.m of torque. Ausom rates it at 36 MPH and a 33% grade, so the hill on the way home stops being the slow part.
Ride one motor on the flat to save the battery and both for starts and climbs. The brake levers cut motor power the moment you squeeze them.

LIT FROM EVERY SIDE
A headlight and taillight, turn signals on the handlebar and ambient lights along the deck. Drivers see you from the side as well as the front and back.
The 48V 18Ah battery holds 864 watt hours. Ausom’s 56 miles is one motor at 9.3 MPH with a 165 lb rider on flat ground, so a fast commute on both motors will be well short of that.

What it's made of
Six things that set it apart. Tap through them.

Dual motors
Two motors, 2800 watts
A hub motor in each wheel, 2800W together at peak and 56 N.m. One motor on the flat, both for starts and climbs.

Range
Up to 56 miles
The 48V 18Ah battery holds 864Wh. 56 miles is Ausom's test on one motor at 9.3 MPH; a fast commute on both motors will be well short of it.

Anti theft
NFC or passcode to start
It will not power on without the NFC card or your passcode. Forget the passcode and the card still opens it.

Folding
Folds in seconds
A quick fold latch drops the stem to the deck: 49 by 28.3 by 21.3 inches folded, ready for a trunk. At 70.5 lb you will roll it more than carry it.

Deck and controls
Deck, display and controls
A 20.5 by 7.3 inch deck rated to 287 lb, a 4.5 inch LCD and turn signal switches on the bar.

Handlebar
A 28.3 inch handlebar
Wide bars shaped for a natural, upright stance, so long rides are easier on the wrists and back.
Size and dimensions
Fits riders 4'11" to 6'7" and carries up to 287 lb, per Ausom.

Questions before buying
36 MPH or 20 MPH?+
Same scooter, same price, a different preset top speed. Many cities cap scooters well below 36 MPH, so choose the version your local rules allow. Ausom sells it for riders 16 and over and asks you to follow local law.
How far does it really go?+
Ausom’s 56 miles is one motor at a steady 9.3 MPH with a 165 lb rider on flat, dry pavement. Commuting fast on both motors, expect well under that.
Does it need assembly?+
A little. You fit the handlebar and the display. The tools are in the box and the manual walks you through it.
Is there an app?+
No. You unlock it with an NFC card or a passcode, and if you forget the passcode the NFC card still opens it.
What is the warranty?+
Ausom covers the frame for two years. The motor, controller, display, throttle, brakes, folding assembly, handlebar and lights are covered for one year, the battery and charger for six months, the wheels for 30 days, and tires, tubes and grips for 14 days. Water damage to the battery, motor or controller, crashes and modifications are excluded. We are an authorized dealer, so it applies.
