Shipping
Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

- 30-Day Full Service: Within 30 days of purchase, warranty includes shipping, labor, and parts for frame, motor, display, and battery, plus 30% off all other components.
After 30 Days
Warranty covers parts only for frame, motor, display, and battery. Labor and shipping are the owner’s responsibility.
What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, modifications made by the customer, and damage from misuse or accidents.

Which Bakcou bikes does the 25Ah battery fit?
This battery fits all Bakcou fat tire e-bikes with 6-pin connectors: Storm G2, Scout, Mule SD, Mule Jäger, Flatlander SD, and Kodiak SD. It does NOT fit Step-Through (ST) frames.
How much extra range does the 25Ah battery add?
At 1,200 watt-hours, this is roughly double the stock battery capacity. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, pedal assist level, and temperature — but expect significantly longer rides before needing a recharge.
How long does the 25Ah battery last?
Bakcou rates it at 900+ charge cycles. At one full charge per week, that is over 17 years of riding before the cells degrade below 80% capacity.
Does this fit the Puma X22 or Bakcou scooters?
No. The 25Ah battery is designed for Bakcou fat tire e-bikes only. The Puma X22 SD and Bakcou scooters use different battery systems.
