Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Warranty covers parts only for frame, motor, display, and battery. Labor and shipping are the owner’s responsibility.

Normal wear and tear, modifications made by the customer, and damage from misuse or accidents.

Which tire do I need — Maxxis or CST?
Maxxis Minion is the premium choice for aggressive off-road riding (mud, rocks, loose dirt). CST BFT is a versatile all-terrain tire with built-in puncture protection — better for mixed riding and longer tread life.
Do I need to order front and rear separately for Maxxis?
Yes. The Maxxis Minion DHF (Front) and FBR (Rear) have different tread patterns optimized for their position. Order one of each for a full set.
What size fits my bike?
26x4 fits most Bakcou bikes (Storm, Scout, Mule, Flatlander, Kodiak). 24x4 CST fits the Puma X22 SD and other 24" wheel models. Check your current tire sidewall for size.
What does EPS puncture protection mean on the CST tires?
EPS (Exceptional Puncture Safety) is a rubberized poly-fiber material layered between the tread and casing. It stops thorns, glass, and sharp rocks from puncturing through to the tube. Pair with Tannus Armour inserts for maximum flat prevention.
