Shipping
Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

- Lifetime Steel Frame: Limited lifetime warranty on all steel frames.
- 10-Year Aluminum Frame: Coverage against manufacturing defects.
- 2-Year Electronics: Motor and battery coverage against defects.
- 1-Year Forks: Shock forks and aluminum forks covered for one year (rigid steel forks carry a lifetime warranty).
- 6-Month Components: All other components warranted for six months from purchase.
What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear of components, and damage from misuse or accidents.
