Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Return windows and terms are set by each brand. Most purchases made on our website can be returned after delivery — see our Brand Return Terms for the window and conditions that apply to your bike. In most cases the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Full Manufacturer Backing
Because Belcopia is an authorized retailer, every e-bike we sell is fully backed by its original manufacturer's warranty. You receive specialized support and official replacement parts directly from the brand that built your machine.
Professional Assembly Notice
Your bike arrives 80% assembled and ready for the final bolt-on components. However, please note that some brands require proof of professional assembly by a certified bike mechanic for their warranty to be fully honored. We highly recommend having a local shop dial in your ride before you hit the dirt.
Done-For-You Registration
Your warranty must be registered immediately upon delivery to protect your investment. You can register directly with the manufacturer, or let us handle the paperwork. Simply email your order details to support@belcopia.com and our team will register the bike for you.

Strapping gear to a rack that was never built for it is how loads shift on rough ground. This is Philodo’s own cargo rack, made in a separate fitment for each of their frames, so it bolts straight to the mounting points already on your bike.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my Philodo already come with a rack?
Several do. The Philodo Falcon and Philodo Forester both ship with a rear rack fitted. Check what is on your bike first — this cargo rack is the upgrade, not a replacement for something missing.
Which model should I choose?
Pick the variant that matches your bike. Each fitment is cut for that frame, so a Falcon rack will not line up on an H8. If you are unsure which Philodo you own, the model name is printed on the frame.
Will this fit a Cyrusher, Bakcou, Velowave or Magicycle?
No. This rack is made by Philodo for Philodo frames only. For other brands see our accessories collection, and note that most rack mounted bags, baskets and coolers are universal even when the rack itself is not.
How much weight does it carry?
Philodo does not publish a load rating for this rack. Ask us before you load it heavily and we will get the figure from the manufacturer rather than guess at it.
