Every Solé can come back for a full refund within 14 days of your order if it is unused, unridden and in its original box, and for store credit up to day 30. Sale and final sale bikes can’t be returned. Ask us before you ship and we set it up.

Frame and fork backed for five years

Solé covers the frame and fork of every pedal bike for five years against material and workmanship defects, for the original owner. We are an authorized dealer, so the warranty is the real one.

Full Manufacturer Backing: Solé Bicycles. Every Solé we sell is backed by Solé’s own warranty, for the original owner in the United States. We are an authorized dealer, so it is the real one.

  • 5 years, frame and fork. On every Solé pedal bike, against material and workmanship defects.
  • Electric bikes. Solé sets the e(24) and e(commuter) terms. Ask us and we will send them to you before you buy.

Not covered: components, parts, accessories, paint and decals, normal wear and tear, a bike that was assembled incorrectly or modified, and the labour of swapping a frame, fork or part. A defect is confirmed by photo or by a professional bike mechanic.

Returns. A full refund within 14 days of your order if the bike is unused, unridden and packed in its original box like new; store credit from day 15 to day 30 after inspection. Sale and final sale bikes are not returnable. Ask us first and we set the return up with Solé.
