Returns

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Return windows and terms are set by each brand. Most purchases made on our website can be returned after delivery — see our Brand Return Terms for the window and conditions that apply to your bike. In most cases the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Full Manufacturer Backing. Every part and accessory we sell is covered by its maker’s own warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original owner. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, so the warranty is the real one.
How long. Coverage periods are set by each maker and differ by part (batteries, electronics and mechanical parts often have different terms). Ask us and we will send you the maker’s terms for this part before you buy.
