Belcopia is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Returns
Your money means nothing to us if you are unhappy with your purchase with us. Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, which is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Simply send us an email, contact us on live chat, or if it can’t wait, call us and we’ll make things right.
Return windows and terms are set by each brand. Most purchases made on our website can be returned after delivery — see our Brand Return Terms for the window and conditions that apply to your bike. In most cases the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Full Manufacturer Backing
Because Belcopia is an authorized retailer, every e-bike we sell is fully backed by its original manufacturer's warranty. You receive specialized support and official replacement parts directly from the brand that built your machine.
Professional Assembly Notice
Your bike arrives 80% assembled and ready for the final bolt-on components. However, please note that some brands require proof of professional assembly by a certified bike mechanic for their warranty to be fully honored. We highly recommend having a local shop dial in your ride before you hit the dirt.
Done-For-You Registration
Your warranty must be registered immediately upon delivery to protect your investment. You can register directly with the manufacturer, or let us handle the paperwork. Simply email your order details to support@belcopia.com and our team will register the bike for you.

Do I need a rack to use this?
Yes. It mounts on top of a rear rack. The Philodo Falcon and Philodo Forester ship with one fitted. If your bike has no rack, add the Philodo Cargo Rear Rack first.
Will it fit a Cyrusher, Bakcou, Velowave or Magicycle rack?
Philodo builds it for their own racks and does not list it as universal, so we will not promise it fits other brands. If you want something we can confirm fits any standard rack, see our accessories collection.
How big is it and what does it hold?
Philodo does not publish dimensions or capacity for this bag. Ask us before ordering if you need it to hold something specific and we will get the measurements from the manufacturer rather than guess.
